Tonight we’re back aboard the Candy Cane Train. Once again following this jolly old soul on his journey through car after car of star struck admirers.
For this shot I raised the camera above my head, firing without being able to look through the finder. I was hopeful that the elevated position would provide a fresh vantage point, showcasing not only the man of the hour, but the children as well.
As you can see, their faces lit up as soon as St. Nicholas entered the car. Parents, cameras drawn, were not immune to the intense delight. Perhaps the hot chocolate and fresh cookies brought it on, however, I think it had more to do with memories of their own experiences with Christmas Magic.
